SASSA grant updated payment date for November 2022

SRD SASSA R350 status and payment date for November 2022 is available the (SASSA)  South African Social Security Agency grant beneficiaries can collect their grants from the South African Post Office, besides the R350 SRD.

WHAT ARE THE November GRANT PAYMENT DATES?

Grants for older people, disabled people, and children will begin to be paid on the third day of next month. Grants will begin to be paid on Monday, 3 November. Older people will receive their grants first, followed by others.

  • Old Persons grant  :  02 November 2022
  • Disability Grant :  03 November 2022
  • Child support grant :  04 November 2022

Once the applicants submit their SRD applications, SASSA will begin the verification process. In SASSA speak, this process is referred to as VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION.

Data from the Department of Home Affairs will be used to verify your name, surname, and ID number. UIF, SARS, and NSFAS databases will be matched with the ID number. Depending on the results of the verification, your application will either be approved or declined with a reason.

To SRD Sassa Status Check of your Sassa application is as easy as following these steps.

STEP 1. The SRD website is https://srd.sassa.gov.za/ where you can check your Sassa status.

STEP 2. Click on Check Status under the application status tab.

STEP 3. The Sassa Status Page will now appear.

STEP 4. You now need to enter your ID number and phone number.

STEP 6. Your application status will be displayed once you click Submit.
