Sappi Ngodwana Process Trainee 2023 Intake

The Sappi Ngodwana Process Trainee intake for 2023 is open and accepting applications.Local Matriculants with Grade 12 Maths and Science can gain skills to work in Sappi’s operations through a six-month programme.Online training, classroom training, and practical assignments are all part of the training program.

We offer trainees entry-level positions in various sections of our operations, such as the plant, stores, woodyard, and utilities.For the duration of the program, Process Trainees receive a stipend.

Minimum requirements:

• Local unemployed youth (ages 18-25) from the communities surrounding Ngodwana Mill
• Matric Mathematics pass (not Maths Literacy)
• Matric Physical Science pass
• N3 in Pulp and Paper would be preferred

Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be required to take a skills test. Skills test results will be used to shortlist candidates for the training programme.
